Remember this pop band from the late 90’s?

I’m looking for a band that I used to love as a kid (for just one song though!) but all I remember is the following: the singer is a blonde girl, the album was baby blue with black and white small shapes, their music was a bit new age/pop and it sounds a bit like “say that you love me” by No Doubt..
Arghh it’s so annoying! Any ideas who it might be?
